What started off as a slight oversight turned into one of the most memorable moments for by daughter. TechBox Party rentals reached out asking if they could drop off the inflatable a night early at no extra charge because they had a lot of deliveries the next morning and didn’t want to be late.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Their website is super easy to navigate and book, they gave notice before arriving for both drop-off/set-up and pickup, and were courteous and professional during every interaction! The bounce house was impressive and all the kids had a blast!
Delivery was super simple, they reached out when they were on the way and completed set up efficiently. Left us with simple easy to remember guide lines. I also liked that they don’t pick up till following day so you get a lot of time with the bouncer. Will definitely be back !
We rented two throne chairs for our wedding with TECHBOX. They delivered them the day before the wedding and texted when they were on their way to pick up! It was easy to use their website and They were super easy to get ahold of and talk with!
