I Love this local black owned business! First, I would like to say what an awesome concept. Local Raytown business owner, Cynthia at PlayTime KC offers Indoor playtime for the little kiddos for $12. My daughter & I visited PlayTime KC a few weeks ago with my grandbaby & she had a BLAST!
First time we rented through playtime KC was 3 years ago and my boys absolutely enjoyed the playground. Our birthday party was in the evening and overnight was not an option then so for the short time period I was offered a big bounce house at an extremely discounted price.
Great customer service skills! Punctual! Friendly! AND Black female owned! I loved that I could ask questions and received prompt, detailed responses. I love that I could make payments on my rental balance.
