One word- EASY. I used party pep for an at-home party and I'm so happy I did. The whole team was so helpful and communicative. I enjoyed paying for their service and having zero responsibility the minute they arrived for set up and take down. The bounce house and soft play area was a huge huge hit!

Brooke was so easy to work with! Her setup was amazing!! We rented her soft play area for my daughter’s first birthday and it was such a great space for the littles. I would recommend her 1000% to all of my friends for their parties!
