My family has used Jumpin Joy party rentals twice since they opened, definitely 5 stars all the way around: customer service, ease of ordering on the website, communication from employees regarding delivery. Kids & adults definitely had a good weekend on the water slides!! 😅
The owner is not afraid to discuss what you need for your fiesta. Or happy birthday. It inspires an attraction to use their services. Watching how they test their moonwalk, bounces, and slides when they test them and prepare them for the next party.
The whole process from scheduling to picking up was smooth. Very friendly, my kids absolutely loved it, they had a great time. I would highly recommend.
5/5 stars - HGHLY recommend. Edwin set up bounce quickly, and asked me my opinion every step of the way. He clarified the pick up date upon finishing. Very easy to book online.
