Great price, great customer service, arrived on time/early which was great!! Quick set up, quick tear down, and an overall great experience for the kids and parents! The bounce house even came with a basketball hoop and 2 punch bags to my surprise and the kids LOVED it!
I loved working with this company. I used the soft play and bounce house for my 1 year old daughter cocomelon theme. Everyone enjoyed it. It rained hard right before the event and rain got in the bounce house (i think that was the problem) and it would not re-inflate. Our fault.
This was a huge surprise to the birthday girl. Waking up to find her favorite thing in the world right now the LOL and her name on top of that! She was excited, but so were we. Jack Five owner was so thorough and efficient. They responded ASAP. Everything exceeding our expectations.
