This was my first time renting a bounce house for a party. I called and emailed several places that either didn't get back to me or did not have the bounce house I wanted available. Bounce and slide Texas was so professional, I was so happy I stumbled across they're website online.
What an awesome party, thanks to Bounce and Slide Texas. They were so helpful in deciding which slide to get, and delivered when they said they would, set everything up like a pro and made sure it was ready to go. Very nice delivery guys! So professional and courteous.
I rented a cotton candy machine with extra servings. The customer service was outstanding. The delivery driver was professional, helpful, on time and delivered exactly what was ordered. The machine was clean, easy to use and worked perfectly.
They were really great to work with! All the staff were courteous and friendly. Bounce house was in perfect condition and spotless. They showed up early (with notice!) and picked up later than our scheduled and paid for time. So, we got several hours more time than we paid for!
