100% recommend! Booked week of party - simple online reservation system. Communication was great, I received a call both a few days before my rental and the day of to confirm we were on schedule. I opted for delivery and was so thankful I did.
Have been using Afford a Bounce for a few years now and they are always great!! From making reservations to delivery, they are also very understanding and have a great cancellation policy! I had to cancel my son's birthday party last year due to Covid and did not lose my deposit!
They were on time very professional and nice. My daughter's and I will always use them for our events. The tent the chairs and table everything was set up.
Great selection of bounce houses and amazing/friendly staff. Everything was delivered/set-up/picked up perfectly. I was able to reserve online the day before my party, which was awesome, and then called to confirm (since it was a last minute reservation) with no problems!
